LHNA General Meeting – Thursday Aug 19

The Lakewood Heights Neighborhood Association summer General Meeting is going to be held at Times Ten Cellars on Thursday, August 19th at 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. The meeting is open to all Neighborhood residents and their guests.

We’ve got a great lineup of speakers that will be addressing some important neighborhood topics.

- Crispin Lawson, new President of the Dallas Homeowners League, will be introducing himself and discussing what we can do to develop both neighborhood and citywide Crime Watch activities.
- Angela Hunt, Councilmember for District 14 will be reviewing the upcoming city budget and answering questions regarding other neighborhood concerns.
- Patrolmen from the Dallas Police Department will be in attendance to answer Crime Watch questions.
- Representatives from Munger Place Methodist Church will be on hand to talk about some of the exciting activities that are happening to rejuvenate and renovate that East Dallas landmark.

And of course, we’ll be at Times Ten Cellars (6324 Prospect Ave, www.timestencellars.com), one of our favorite neighborhood meeting spots. Please mark your calendar and meet us there on August 19th.
